(1) An employee who has completed sixty years of age will automatically retire from service.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), an employee holding a special category post shall automatically retire after completing five years of service.
(3) For the purpose of this clause, the age of the employee shall be the date of birth or year as entered in the certificate of the educational institution submitted by him or the age as entered in the certificate of citizenship or the date of birth entered in the personal job description (citrol) filled by him. or the age from which he retires first will be calculated on the basis of the age.
